Please ensure you have filled out all of your information at checkout! Once it is complete, place your order, we will then begin our shipping process. All orders will be processed within 3 business days and shipped to the address provided during checkout.
What is the return policy?
100% satisfaction is our goal at GAL. If for some reason your purchase needs to be returned, an online credit will be issued toward a future purchase(s). Returns will only be accepted on items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED, OR WASHED, and with all the tags attached. You must contact GAL by email in order to obtain the return authorization. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of purchase. All accessories, candles, and sale items are FINAL SALE.

How do I make a return or exchange?
Please email GAL with your request to make a return. An authorization will be issued via email. Pack and seal the merchandise and enclose a copy of your original receipt in the package. Ensure we have all your contact information correct so we may apply the credit accordingly.
